Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays!  Please allow up to 2-15 business days for delivery; excluding weekends and holidays.

SHIPPING:

GOGOXPRESS and J&T EXPRESS (2-7 business days) shipping is available on all domestic orders NATIONWIDE. WWW EXPRESS and COURIER EXPRESS (10-15 days) for orders not covered by GOGOXPRESS and J&T EXPRESS. Exceptions apply and delivery time is NOT guaranteed. Business days are classified as Monday-Friday. 

NOTE: Due to the implementation of community quarantine which limits transportation and mobility, delivery schedules may get affected.Thank you for your patience and understanding.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

Every order will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation SMS and email. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking status to update. 

LOST ITEMS

If tracking is marked delivered, but you have not received your item, refunds or replacements will be given on a case by case basis, only after sufficient effort to recover the package has been exhausted. If is determined that a package is lost in transit, a replacement will be sent.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If item is damaged upon receiving the item, please do note that Jinga Juice Philippines is not liable and responsible in any way for the damage. Jinga Juice Philippines has no control for the items damage during the transit time handled by their courier partners. Responsibilities and care are passed on to the duty of courier partners.
